The medical & dental staff are very nice and competent. The dental office is booked fully for several months in advance so it took for months to complete a deep cleaning and I was on the cancelation list otherwise it would have been longer. Every medical appointment I had there typically started 15 or more minutes late. They also don't have an on site lab so it takes longer to get test results back. I had a covid test there and was told it would take 4-6 days for the results. After a week, I started calling them. They had an issue with their phones so it directed me to call another number. The nurse that I spoke to told me they were taking the clinics calls but they weren't able to access records/lab results. At this point I was able to return to work without the results as it had been more than 10 days without symptoms. I finally received a call back a week later apologizing that they were so delayed with my results. I'm glad that they except MA, uninsured & undocumented people and again all of the staff that I encounter were great but I'll be getting care elsewhere going forward.
