Hoggsbreath

We hadn't been here before. Two of us had soup and burgers, one had fries and a burger. Both soups were excellent...a surprise! I would like to try the Walleye Fingers! It's only $13. They are serving takeout and inside, PLUS there is seating on the deck. The music inside is loud, so if you like that, I can recommend Hogsbreath Bar.

One of the older bar and restaurants in the Minneapolis area. It had been around since 1976. It has an older style decor to the place which gave me a comfortable laid back feeling. There is a downstairs game room with pool tables and dart boards as well as another bar. The nachos that we ordered were phenomenal. Homemade nacho chips are what made it over the top. Fantastic little place and a must see..

Not for anyone on a budget.nThe service is very good.nPrices are high for drinks and beer except weird happy hour or other discounts that you need a spreadsheet to figure out.

I had a great time eating on the warm enclosed deck. I had the juicy Lucy and it was so yummy! My friend had the Ruben with a side of chili. The waitstaff was so kind and was on top of things. Was a wonderful trip and love the food!

Great place to eat with fantastic burgers (specials on Mondays). Marty the bartender is a hard working, straightforward dude who makes a mean drink. Billiards in the basement fyi
