We really enjoyed the process. When we got engaged we knew we wanted something extraordinary, and yet real to us, to represent our union. As we shopped around for wedding bands, Jewelry by Johan caught our eye. What better ring for a hunter than one with antler inlay? We immediately started the process which included email exchanges, custom sizers, and video consultations. All of which were handle with the utmost balance of professionalism and friendliness. Amazing. This place is the best! Staff is so friendly and helpful and they really go out of their way to help you customize your ring. I spent so much time looking for a store to get a unique ring from for my wedding coming up in May and I'm so glad I chose this place...I have no experience with any of this stuff and they helped me through every step of the way to get me a perfect ring! The team at jewelry by Johan are by far one of the most pleasant businesses I have dealt with. The attentiveness, service, problem solving and communication were superb. I have been in contact since around October of last year to custom design my engagement ring. I still got to experience the quality and assurance from start to finish and I would highly recommend them on both service and product quality. I am from Australia and I felt reassured the whole time, so I recommend them from an overseas standpoint too.

I purchased a wedding band for my husband through Johan's and and I am absolutely delighted with the final product! My husband loves dinosaurs and they provide a very unique way to incorporate them into rings. Their online service helped me go through several model ring designs with mock up pictures. I really liked being to explore so many unique style options until on felt right. They were responsive within a few hours/a day. Which became very important when my wedding date moved earlier (skipped the party) because of the quarantine. They provided a ring stand in as an option while my ring was being completed. My only warning is to be careful with the sizing. They send you a ring sizer but our final product was a bit bigger than we sized at. I can't entirely fault them but I would advise taking the time to understand your size first as the unique materials make it difficult to resize. My husband and I are very happy and I will be a repeat customer!
