Oakdale South Fire Station

My name is Antoinette Ashford and i reside at 1591 Granada Ave N apt 224. I had near traggic slip and fall, jan 2, 2014. Yes im still healing from the slip and fall. Today Feb 1, 2019, round about 4 or 5 pm today i had a fainting spell. It was 3 fire fighters responded to the 911 call i made. I feel ashamed that i forgot their names. The 3rd firefighter left, while 2 stayed to make sure i was ok. I was so scared, but i didnt want to go to the er. I go to the hospitals to much, but unfortunately due to my injuries, RA, diabetes, chronic pain in my back, legs, just a lot. First i want to thank the 3 that came. I want to add this! The 3rd one that left has been on a call before at my home. It was at least 10 people. Firefighters, emt's, and police officers. The 3rd fighter that left today, while the other gentleman stayed and took very good care of me. Omg!ud83dude22ud83dude22❤ud83dude07ud83dude4f I was so happy they stayed. Now back to the 3rd firefighter that left deserves something nice, cause the time on another call, he kneel down and said to me, i wont leave u, i was so stressed. From the bottom of my heart, he calmed me down, spoke kindly, and what really made my day, was out of the 10 people that answered the call, he made the difference. He didnt want to leave me. It mattered!ud83dude22ud83dude22ud83dude07ud83dude4f and last but not least, Ross and Aaron has been here more than anybody else and when i say those 2 needs a badge of honor. They all do! Due the racism that i have experienced, this is what makes me say, everybody isnt prejudice. I commend Oakdale South Fire Station is the best! I forgot to add, they saved my 2 yr old granddaughter that was choking off a hard candy lifesaver. Keep up the good work saving lives everyday isnt easy, u group of guys r the best.
