Snow removal is horrible I pay $715 and can't even park in my parking lot and in the spring our front yard floods to about a foot of water and asked the manager and maintenance to get a sump pump to remove the water. Didnt happen till my downstairs neighbor had water damage. The roof had over a foot of standing water and wasn't dealt with until mid spring. Not worth the price in rent.
