I have been a patient with AMC for 25 years now and if there was another clinic in area I would never go to AMC again. It's all changed since Mayo took over. In the last 3 years it's become impossible to see my provider when I needed to, I have a terminal lung disease and if I had a problem it would be 2 months before I got an appointment. I have lost 2 providers in the last 3 years & I can't see my new provider till July 18th. My treatment & medications are all in limbo till then. I am not complaining about any of the providers because once I meet them they have all been great it's the people who make the policies and only care about their bottom line that are an issue.

Have had three different primary doctors and all have left and moved on. Now when I called to get a new primary doctor. I was told that aren't excepting new patients.
