Cash wise pharmacy used to be a convenient and fast place to pick up medications. Within the last 6 months, that is no longer the case. Many of the staff members seem to have an attitude and are rude when I’ve interacted with them. One lady argued with my dad about his copay/insurance plan. He’s had the same plan for years but all of a sudden she felt the need to charge him $60 more than he normally pays - she was in the wrong. Today I went in to pick up a prescription for my Mom - the medication was prescribed 2 days ago. Certainly it should be filled by now. Nope. I go there and they tel me to wait 15 minutes. This has been consistent. Even when you get a call saying a medication is ready to be picked up they say to wait 15 minutes. I’m sorry but I don’t have 15 minutes to walk around the store. It’s inconvenient for people going to cash wise just to get a medication. I shouldn’t have to stand 10 minutes in line waiting to get to the counter and then be told I have to wait another 15 minutes to have a medication filled that was prescribed 2 days ago. I’m absolutely not impressed by this pharmacy at all. I myself will choose to have medications filled elsewhere and I’m working on having my family change pharmacies as well. AWFUL.

The only real advantage any give pharmacy has against its competition is costumer service. Cash Wise Pharmacy has no advantage anymore.nnWe had been going here for years, and today was their last chance. The inconsistent information, miscommunication, rudeness and lack of customer first mentality displayed to us today was too much to go back to.nnWe will be bringing it business elsewhere.
