Seriously rocked it today! They deliver to the assisted living home my parents live in. Today I was going to take my mom to the doctor & wanted to make sure I had the right fax number for them. I called to confirm & was assured I had it correct. I was then politely informed of their business hours so that I could be sure to get the meds delivered ASAP. It worked out that my mom didn’t go to the doctor, so no need to send a script over. However, at 5 pm I was called by a tech named Chase ( I believe) to make sure they hadn’t missed getting something to my mom tonight. WHO DOES THAT?!? Seriously wish that I could switch all my personal scripts here!!!

I DO NOT like this company at all. I would not recommend them. The staff was nice and helpful, I will give them that. BUT, the pharmacy was not accurate in filling the prescriptions, they left out mulitple pills and when I called and confronted them on it, they acted like it wasn't their fault they didn't include the pills. Their communication was horrible in delivering the pills. The service was suppose to be free, yet my mom was charged $50, but they did refund it. The home health person that sold my mom on this company clearly must have been making a commission or something to get her to sign up and with this location. This location is no where near she lives. About an hour and a half away, her old pharmacy was across the street.

I love the service! Free deliveries to my door. And I love the packaging options.
