They Nail It!nnMay 1994. That is when I started working with Semler Construction Inc. I am still here ~ happily and gratefully!nnThe integrity of the owners is one of the best characteristics I love about Semler Construction! The first 24 years I worked with Pete Semler. I was always impressed with Pete’s mentality of going above and beyond in customer service and “doing the right thing” for his customers, his subcontractors, and his employees. I would say that, that integrity is in his blood because it was passed into Jason as well. They do not miss a beat when it comes to integrity!nnJason’s creative ability to draft efficient home designs, with quality products at a reasonable price gives our homeowners a comfortable home to create memories.nnOur subcontractors care about the quality of their customer service and their workmanship and it shows! Our product manager, our warranty representative, our office staff, and Jason work well as a team to ensure that the integrity of each part of the building process and customer service is passed on to each home and homeowner!nnI could go on and on. I am a Realtor and have worked with many builders through my career.nI have been working with Semler Homes for approximately 3 years now. I am proud to represent Semler Homes. They are custom builders and Semler Homes has built a great team over the years. They are honest, hard working, provide a quality product at an affordable price and really care about their customers. I have never seen so many smiling and happy customers at closings. I highly recommend checking them out.

The Semler name has been around for 40 YEARS, that in it's self speaks volumes on the quality workmanship & knowledge this company has to offer a new client. They pride themselves in making each and every client happy with the outcome of their new build, whether it's in a development or on your property they will go to great lengths to make sure the process is as seamless and stress free as possible. A great company that can stand the test of time.

I bought a new-construction home from Semler Construction. The house was well built and a great value. Jason Semler and the rest of the staff were great to work with and, long after I moved in, they continued to be extremely helpful and responsive to anything I needed regarding the house. I highly recommend using Semler Construction!
