Can't think of a time where I've ever had a bad experience with Enterprise. They're always really nice and helpful. If I had to give feedback it'd be that I really wish they had signs put up at the CVG airport for where to go when returning a car. Every other company has signs up, so I was a little confused about where exactly to return the car.

I called night before to get a car at 8am next day. My ride dropped me off at 755am and went on to work ...at 758am they called me to tell me they didnt have a car and could I come later. Long story short i was left stranded. I'm giving them a two star because the guy called me back to say he'd have a car at 930.. I would have liked a call at 7am or said hey how can we make this right. I called bmc and they came and picked me up. Follow up..How about I'm sorry vs your standard reply

Only problem we had was finding the place. They emailed the correct address, I clicked on it and opened Google maps, and Google maps took me to the wrong place. You have top physicality type the address in to Google

Great location about 5 minutes from CVG airport. If you’re arrive at the airport there is a shuttle bus that picks you up at passenger pick up and takes you to the spot. Very convenient. Also, when returning the car after hours, there’s a shuttle bus from the business next door that is free for Enterprise customers. Rented from here three times and always had friendly and reliable service.nnAlso gas stations nearby to fill up before dropping the car off.
