I had a great experience buying a used car. I came in with a good idea of the car I wanted and what I could comfortably afford and the sales and finance department did a great job working with me. I have always had friendly service that goes above and beyond. I got a text in case I needed to contact them during the service appointment, I'm always shown to a nice seating area with a vending machine, and my car is always really well taken care of. Haven't had one complaint since the day I bought my car here!
Thank you Hyundai Alexandria for great friendly service. We drove 25 mins out of our way to have Martin Padgett take great care of my car and found what was wrong with it...since Hyundai Florence said they had no idea but still charged me over $100 with poor customer service.
Just bought a used Hyundai from a diffrent dealership which was not a Hyundai dealer. Called Kerry Hyundai - Alexandria, Ky and ask if they would look over my vehicle to make sure it was functional. They scheduled me right away free of charge. All was good and I even had an oil change done! Excellent customer service from the service department! Thank you Kerry Hyundai - Alexandria!
