I chose Jim Sawicki because he was part of a family owned business. He was amazing! I couldn’t have made it through the entire home buying process without him. My husband works out of state so it was up to me to find a house, go through the financing, buy it, and everything else all by myself. It was just me and Jim. I trusted him 100%. He was always honest and gave me great advice. He also made himself readily available to answer my hundreds of questions. He was my realtor and therapist rolled into one! I could not give him a higher recommendation.

Jim, with Sawicki Family Realtors, was our realtor when we purchased our house, and he was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, was able to answer all of our questions, and was very attentive to our needs and wishes for finding the perfect home. Jim made it his top priority to help us buy our dream home! The house we now own had multiple offers and Jim did everything he could in his power to help us get our offer accepted.
