The lot is perfect spot for my boat by the lake. Well maintained and safe. Jack the property manager is helpful and very responsive. Satisfied customer .
Jack is the best storage manager! We rented our first storage space from him years ago at the Long Lake storage facility. You couldn't ask for a better man. He runs a tight ship: organized,clean, extremely safe, and happy. Jack has his own brand of happiness that he gives to all of us. He loves his job, he loves his clients and he spreads joy to all. We love coming and going because we always get to see Jack. He loves to serve and he serves us well!
Great experience, used storage for non-profit Pajama Program. Also had several other units over the past few years. Very clean and safe environment. Customer service excellent. Jack and his staff are wonderful.
I've used a number of storage facilities over the years and this is by far the nicest I've ever seen. It is always spotless. It is such a pleasure to walk into the well kept, clean and well lit place. Jack is a fabulous manager, always cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend Metro Storage Orono.
