Found a really nice winter jacket for my 11 year old little brother. The jacket looked brand new and my bro loved it at first sight and wear. Will go back to resale select for sure!
I love this organization and think they run a great little shop - what a clever way to support your programs! I've found many great deals at this store and will continue to shop and donate here. My deduction of 1 star is for the staff. For as many kind, helpful and efficient people there are who work/volunteer there, I've also encountered a few who are slow, not properly trained (or at least aren't displaying the skills) with the cash register, or weren't screened for having adequate customer service skills. I know that the generosity of volunteers is crucial to keeping this store afloat, but it seems like they'll use just any body instead of truly capable bodies.
I love this place! It sure beats the other thrift stores in quality of items. There is always something new and interesting. And the best part is that it goes to a good cause!
