Love the pre-order process. So easy to customize the pizza and then pick up is a breeze. Delicious thin crust.

Not happy with the last visit to this location..nI ordered a Papa Murphy's stuffed pizza with a creamy garlic sauce and paying extra to add bacon to it. When I pick it up didn't look at it so I was going to put it in the oven when I saw they put tomatoe sauce instead..I called them back and a girl who answer the phone told me that she didn't know what to do at the moment as they were almost closing for the night. So to call next day and speak with a supervisor....so that night my kids couldn't eat the pizza as allergy to the tomatoe sauce. Next day I called them and explained the situation to the supervisor asked me to go back and get another one with the right ingredients as I ordered the night before even I explained her that we paid extra because we added bacon to it.. apparently she didn't hear me because when I went to pick up the order she didn't put bacon to it. Very disappointed again.nThey are lack of customer service for sure.

One of the better papa Murphy's around the twin cities area / very clean inside not hard to keep up with social distance / pizza artist make great pizza very nice and professional / very helpful and everyone wore mask and gloves / would go out of way to use this papa Murphy's instead of any others thanks again

They're very courteous and efficient, my order was ready 15 minutes before the estimated time. 5/5, will order from them again.
