went to this location and the lady at the register, older woman with grayish hair, was very rude and turned us down for “expired ID’s” and said we needed to have our papers to purchase anything. with covid, no ones been able to get into the DMV cause of such long waits and she was overly condescending and rude. this is the first time i’ve ever had a problem at a liquor store. i walked up to the counter and greeted her and she didn’t say a word. just immediately asked for my ID and sent me away. will not be returning with customer service like that :)
Can’t even give it a 1 star. The old guy, grayish short cut hair, about 5ft 8- 5ft 10 was horribly rude and condescending towards me about 4:30pm today. I work in the service/customer service industry. If this guy was one of my team members I’d fire him for treating a would be customer like he treated me. Completely unacceptable, I’ll never go back to this liquor store again. Horrendous customer service experience.
Good selection grade employees could service overall
Liked it. Good prices and had everything that I was looking for. Looked like they had a pretty good selection, will definitely go back again...
Nice, and clean. Pretty well organized. They have reset the store since I was in last. Not exactly overly friendly, but clerk was professional.
