I have moved to Minneapolis and I will still dr out here to see Jacinda Mills. She listens and truly cares about my health and wellbeing! I cannot reccomend her enough!

I went in for pain in my knees, an itchy scalp, and to get some prescription refills. I met with Dr. Adedrian, who basically told me I was imagining things and to take some Ibuprofen if my knees act up, and to avoid scratching my head. Upon further research (which was free) I found out I most likely have hamstring tendonitis and psoriasis on my scalp, which I would now need to get diagnosed to receive proper advice/medication, not to mention he forgot to send one of my scripts to the pharmacy which is simply an annoying waste of time. Overall, this clinic (primarily Dr. Adedrian) took my money and my time, and gave me nothing in return except frustration. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment by calling, two times I have called now, on hold, never even talked to anyone for 30 minutes. I wouldn't even need to schedule an appointment if the doctors would approve them/set up refills as they said they would. I will be trying again tomorrow, if I am waiting to talk to someone for another 30min with no luck, I will be finding a new doctor. Only reason you get 2 stars is because Dr. Zeiss deserves all 5, she has taken great care of me. Every other doctor I have had there has either wasted my time, wrongly diagnosed, or had simply been ruse and disrespectful.

I have seen Tiffany Anderson and Dr Raj and both are great listeners and diagnostics. Very helpful. If you need a flu shot get it now as flu is on the rise already. Tiffany Digatono has such a sweet personality and gives the best shot in the world. No aching arm pain later that day!

Visited 09/06/2018. Front desk staff were great! Some error happened with my records but even they were good about it. It wasn't a big deal and they kept trying to apologize. I'm glad they made me feel important as a patient. Always enjoyed going to Allina and they don't disappoint wherever location I go to. My doctor who I saw was Dr. K. Anderson. Great and funny guy and has amazing staff working with him. Allina employs great workers and people who care. Keep it up.
