We had a great time with Mark over the months working with him. This was our first experience with an agent and we were totally satisfied. He was there every step of the way answering all our questions through out the home buying experience. I would recommend him to anyone and our family will likely use him again in the future as long as we stay in UT. Do yourself a favor and use Mark as your agent. You won’t regret it! He offered lots of great perks, but that is just a bonus because he’s great as is!!

As a first-time home buyer, I can't imagine having a better experience than I had with Mark. I enjoyed working with him most for a few key reasons: (1) he actively tried to understand what we wanted out of a house and never tried to push to do anything we weren't comfortable with, (2) he helped us quickly figure out what we really wanted, and (3) he was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Before starting the home-buying journey, I was apprehensive about having to use an agent because I worried about the agent pushing me to higher price ranges to increase their commission or rushing me to take a house I didn't want so they could get paid and move on. After working with Mark, I can honestly say I never felt those pressures in the slightest. He really had our best interest at heart. Mark's a great guy, and, without hesitation, I would recommend him to anyone buying a house--especially for the first time. He even got us an awesome Camp Chef grill as a housewarming gift. All around, this was just an excellent experience for me and my family.

Mark with Equity Real Estate is AMAZING to work with! He made what is often considered a stressful situation a breeze. He went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience buying our home. He never pressured us and gave us honest feed back. He was quick to respond and book showings and has a team that works extremely well together to ensure we didn't have any unexpected hiccups along the way. I can't recommend him enough!

If you want an easy, stress free exceptional experience then you have to use Equity Real Estate. They made purchasing our first home a dream! It was so easy and stress free. We never felt pressured and the extra care they put into their clients really shows.

I am confident in saying that Mark is about as good as they come in the real estate industry. His approach is definitely people focused, and he will go to bat for you whenever something comes up.
