We used Wade to buy our first home and the experience was great. We had heard horror stories from friends about the process they went through when buying their first home. Wade put us at ease right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in great detail and in a way we would understand. We told him our price range and he did not once try to push above that. It was actually refreshing as he had found and presented a few homes that met our criteria but were less than the price range we gave him. He didn't make us sign into a contract where we could only use him, which we have heard from friends really limited their options when buying a home. I have referred a couple friends to Wade and plan on using him again when we decide to sell. If you want someone that isn't going to be pushy, is going to be honest and not sugar coat, and give you all the information you need to make an educated decision, then Wade Dudley is your guy.
