It’s really a shame the amazing small donut shop down the road closed shortly after this opened.nnI went there in a weekday at 9:30 with one person inside ahead of me and it took over a half hour to walk out with a dozen donuts. The employees were nice but were running around like chickens with their head cut off. There were four employees and they all were too focused on the drive through to give us the time of day. Finally one comes over all frazzled and says “ok what can I get you” and I tell her what donuts I wanted and she goes “oh you want donuts?! I need to go get some gloves then” and she came back 5 minutes later.nnI’m not sure what the heck is going on there or what system they were trained but I do know I miss having a good donut shop in town. The food was pretty meh by the way.
Always quick and super friendly staff. They do sell out of donuts alot. So get in early.
Didn't have any of the 4 donuts I had ordered, filled my coffee till it was over flowing, did not put top on all the way and it spilled allover myself and car. They obviously need better trained staff.
The drive through is always busy. Then two days before Christmas i am told they are out of gift cards! This is not the only business that has told me that. ... out of gift cards. :(
Two times in a row now I have left your store and gone to holiday gas station -more available donuts there! That’s said, the staff is always very nice- not their fault!
