I just completed a fantastic experience with the Kenny Parcell Team. Every member I came into contact with was super friendly and treated me with respect. I feel that they went above and beyond to ensure that not only were all of my expectations met, but exceeded. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to sell a home. We used Kenny and his team to help us sell our home in Utah. We no longer lived in the area, so I was worried about how it would go using a realtor while not being there to directly associate with them, but the process couldn't have gone any better. They kept us informed, were quick to reply to texts/emails/calls. Kenny and his team were on top of every detail and did everything they could to support us and ensure the best bottom line for us. If you need a realtor don't hesitate to go with Kenny and his team!

This real estate team works very hard, and they do the job right. Better than any real estate company we've hired in the past. We highly recommend Eric Moss and his team. They gave us the right advice through the whole process. It was great, we thought we had to spend more upgrades on our property to sell it, they gave us the advice that helped us save money there. They communicated with us after each showing, sought out the advice from each individual that viewed the property, helping us understand what we needed to do to sell the property. They advertised the property really well online on all the networks, and they knew what wording to use, and what photos to take. You will not go wrong going with them.

Kenny just closed the sale on our family home in Park City and we picked the right guy!! Kenny is the consummate professional, throughout the process he kept us informed and handled the intricacies of our deal with the utmost integrity and determined effort. When we interviewed all the realtors who wished to list our house it became apparent immediately Kenny would treat our sale like it was his own and work harder than all the rest to meet our expedited closing deadline. We have bought and sold many properties over our lifetime; I can say unequivocally Kenny Parcells is as good as it gets in our estimation. Not only did he close the deal in that abbreviated timeline, he got us a great sale price. Anyone considering buying or selling real-estate in Utah would be remiss if they do not at least sit down with him and discuss their transaction.
