Unimpressed and rather creeped out with their spam tactics. Texting me on my personal number after what I can only assume is snooping through public records? Have not reached out to any one, much less a cash only “we buy ugly houses” sort of group. Find a new way to drum up business. Not responding to your texts to get you to stop, happy to leave bad reviews though EDITED to add: just to clarify, i left this review because it was not one random text, it was about half a dozen messages that seem to make it clear they would continue unless I reply “STOP” to opt out. I’m sorry, do I misunderstand who “Laura from Peace of Mind Utah” who buys homes represents? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Adam is a great guy, I'm very pleased I meet him years ago, we've worked together for quite a few years now and it's been a huge blessing, his integrity and workmanship are untouchable! He'll be the guy to call in any situation that involves selling a house. I can't describe the immense care and help Adam gives to the people he buys houses from, his team is the same way. He's a great person all the way around. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Some people offer great service and care of clients and then some people really go the extra mile. Adam and his team are amazing at helping people and doing the right thing. They completely went out of there way to help when most real estate investors would have been quick to kick people to the curb and make more money. I would absolutely trust Adam and his team to do the right thing and treat people fairly.

Adam in the crew have been very good to work with. They have a great attitude in their hearts are in all of their projects. Friendly open and honest in their communication. I Highly recommend them as a company to work with.

Adam with peace of mind houses is not only a great builder and designer, but a great guy. His workmanship is top notch and he takes care and pride in what he does. I highly recommend him and his houses!
