When I started working with Kristy, I was selling an investment property, selling my house, and looking to buy a new home for my family. One of the first questions Kristy asked me was:nWhat are my goals for each transaction?nShe had me as a client at that point because it was clear she knew the business and knew each transaction would have its own goals. She was ready to make sure everything happened as smoothly as possible with each sale. Every step of the way Kristy was professional and knowledgeable with my family’s best interests in mind; clearly going above and beyond to ensure our comfort during the whole chain of transactions. We are so pleased with her service and our new home.

I worked with Kristy to buy and sell in Minneapolis and was very pleased with all aspects of the transactions. Throughout all, she was incredibly responsive (which is very important to me) and guided me through the entire process. She always had my interests at the forefront and I felt comfortable and confident in her professional guidance and recommendations. She pulled together great data to help me understand what (multiple) options I had. Additionally, I was extremely satisfied with the sale price and net proceeds from selling my home. Kristy was the realtor for both the purchase and sale of my Minneapolis house. Anyone that has bought or sold in the city knows that this can be a rocky transaction and there were problems (not with her) that the other realtor had been hiding. She knew exactly what to do when these things happened and where to go for the purchase. As for the sale she knew the problems at hand and had very easy and quick ways to make sure everything was updated correctly and cheaply. I work as a mortgage underwriter and work with realtors all the time and I can not give this woman enough credit.
