The clinic was nice till Allina merged with them. Before I could call and have my concerns addressed in 5 minutes or less. Now every single time I need to make an appointment or call regarding a concern I must wait a average of 30 minutes before Anyone answers. I’ll have to find a new clinic cause Allina is terrible.

I trust my pharmacists here implicitly, and I now drive 30 mins to keep getting my meds here. A good pharmacist is severely underrated. They need to know so much and understand all your drug interactions. Not only are the pharmacists here so knowledgeable, but I feel cared for. Even the techs know me by name.nnAdded bonus: they are open late into the evening. So helpful when you’re busy during business hours.

Was great before Allina took over. After, same old mismanaged Allina. No Service! No merger of data from Apple Valley Clinic to Allina system. This place is the biggest system failure. Allina does not honor the forms they have the patient sign. This has been a problem for years. They need system redo completely. They don't even know what forms a patient should sign. You get sent to places that have no idea what they are talking about.

I switched to the Allina Apple Valley pharmacy last year and am impressed every time I pick up my prescriptions. The hours they are open and location are so convenient but it's the friendly and helpful people behind the pharmacy desk that have made the experience outstanding. There is one lady that in particular that all my family members have commented on her smile, energy, and friendly positive attitide.
