Your men were thorough, courteous and friendly. They completed my steep driveway in a timely manner and it looks fantastic! I was quite surprised by the lack of clean up required on my end. Recommended by one neighbor and we passed on the recommendation to another!
Fantastic experience. A personal estimate was left at the house which gives me confidence the driveway was visually inspected for the estimate. No corners were cut. All cracks were filled completely, the detail applied to the edges of the driveway showed a professional touch. Pricing was competitive with other estimates. The experience with estimate, communication and scheduling were very good.
Overall quality of work was good but did not realize that cracks on driveway was not covered with the offer I had. I wish I was communicated better and was informed better on the crack not being included, I would have paid more to do it right or not do the work at all. Company needs to talk to clients and be upfront on prices with crack fixed vs not fixed so that customer can choose what they want. I now have to hire some one else to get crack done and it wont look uniform. So, when you work with them just make sure you talk and understand what is covered and whats not.
Everything went smoothly. Two men showed up on time. Crew leader was very personable. They got right to it and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Looked like they went over each area at least three times. Very satisfied with the job.
Jet black was very professional and prompt with their service. I had service set up for my parents home with me working on a tight schedule. Jet Black set up the service, performed the service and billed me without ever needing to be at the home. Thank you
