Well, my daughter just got dropped off from her second BTW, and it took a good 15 minutes to get her to stop sobbing, a result of the instructor’s harshness. The instructor was 10 minutes late to begin with, and only talked to my daughter when giving instructions. Not personable or kind at all. I have personally spent 40 hours driving with my daughter prior to this lesson, and there is no reason her confidence had to be shaken to the core, to the point of not wanting to take the 3rd lesson. It sounds like the main issue was not driving fast enough on the highway after merging. She passed the lesson, so I’m not sure why my daughter was still made to feel like an utter failure.
Thank you Dan for getting my sons 3rd behind the wheel taken care of during all of this COVID stress. The only complaint I have is the lady that answers the phone and emails is a total A Hole that NEEDS to be fired. Other than that we have been happy with A+ driving school with both of our kids. KUDOS Dan.

Website regularly crashes. Behind the wheel appointments are currently 3 months out at some locations and none available for the next 12 months at other locations. May be tough to schedule 3 BTW appointments in the next year.
