I've tried to get here for two weeks for a simple self certification that takes but 3-5 minutes. They quit taking customers at 2:30! Well most people work last 2:30. And not open on weekends! And the check in station? A bigger joke. Rude. Has no business talking to people. Helpful hint. Start a few employees later in the day to help those who cannot get here before 2:30. 1st and last time ever coming here. Apple Valley is 10x better and I've never been turned away for anything. And I grew up here. Not Lakeville nice!!!

Scheduled an appointment for what I thought was the same week because that makes more sense than having people schedule a month out. What's the point of making an appointment when I can just walk in like everyone else and waste two hours of my life? Every person should be appointment only, this would be much more efficient.

Honestly the folks working at the counters where awesome as always but the person they have checking you in at the desk in the hallway is terrible at what she does, fast talking, rude when you ask for clarification on what she just blasted at you. To make sure it wasn’t just me that was having difficulties I paid attention to the folks coming in after me and every one young and old was having issues communicating with her. Some people shouldn’t deal directly with customers and she is one of them.

Arrived at 10:30a. Lady previous day said that was slowest time and to return next day. Did that. They allow 2 people in building/line inside. Was told to wait outside and would be about a 2 hr wait with 5 in front of me. Worker asked if I wanted to wait. I said no. It was 53 and rain outside. I wasnt willing to wait up to two hours outdoors, in rain and 50 degree temps to change my address. Better luck next time.

I have been to this location 3 times this year for various reasons. Only 1/3 times I made an appointment, otherwise wait time is never too long. The staff at this location have always been kind and friendly! With COVID, I appreciate the spaced out waiting areas. I always suggest my family and friends to go to the Lakeville location over others in near by towns.
