I will say that the store is very nice inside & the floral department is very upscale. My problem is the inventory & ordering for pickup. The process used to be great & we rarely had issues...now the issues happen every time we order.nnOrders always get delayed by several hours, or I only get part of the order, despite being charged for everything. Last night, when I arrived to pick up my order, there were no other customers in line & the staff was just standing around, but my order was still not ready! Almost 2 hours past the scheduled pickup time! I choose the pickup time that works for my schedule. When I have to delay my plans because the grocery store can't ever get my stuff done on time, it's no longer a convenience. I might as well go in & shop myself.nnWord to the wise: If you plan to order from Aisles Online, select the earliest pickup time available & they MIGHT have your order ready by the time you arrive. I have started selecting the 8AM slot, despite the fact that I won't get there until 4PM. If they don't mind making me wait all day, they can start waiting for me.nnTwice in the last few months, I've gotten home, and saw I was missing items, even though they were on my receipt, meaning I paid for them. Having to drive back to the store or find items elsewhere defeats the entire purpose of a convenience service such as this.

I love the variety at Hy-Vee! Great meat and seafood department. Great organic selections and even though i prefer fresh I do love the Hy-Vee brand of canned cut green beans. Really nice people work there. I kinda feel bad because im always looking for an employee to ask for help in finding things. They are all so nice and will walk you right to it if you let them.ud83dude0a

Aisles online is a nightmare at this location.nnI ordered groceries for a 5pm pickup and later received a note that they’d be 5 hours delayed. Then received a note from management stating they would have the ordered ready “right away” in the morning and to let them know what time I’d prefer for pickup. They also promised a 10% discount for the inconvenience (which I never received). I responded requesting a time and never heard back. The next morning I call at 8 am to find out an ETA. I am told my order would be ready in 1.5-2 hours but to wait for a confirmation email. 3 hours later no confirmation email. I call again, wait on hold for 30 minutes and am told that it would be ready in 20min. Again, no email confirmation. 2 hours later I decide I’ll drive to the store. Wait in line for another 30 minutes, get my order and drive home only to find out I’m missing $40 worth of groceries!nnI understand that things can get backed up, but why take on more orders if they can’t be fulfilled in a timely manner?

Not too busy - I felt safe. Store employees were very helpful. Noted several discrepancies between item shelf price and checkout scanner - scanner always displayed higher price. Store employee helpful and willing to make price adjustments. Be alert as you check out.
