We had an amazing experience here. My wife had a 90 year old engagement ring from her grandmother that was missing a stone and needed some refurbishing work to make it wearable again. The staff here went above and beyond to find the rare size and shape stones we needed at an affordable price. They took excellent care of this precious, fragile, heirloom and brought it back to life so that it no longer lives in a closet, but on my wife's finger where her grandmother intended it. My wife and mother-in-law were thrilled with how this turned out and know that my wife's grandmother would be so happy to see how this turned out.

I recently commissioned Jay F Jeweler to design a ring in celebration of my retirement using a center stone ruby and diamonds. They brought in a selection of stones for me to choose from and we discussed the styles of rings I like.
