Went in to look at rings and found out we could customize the ring. Was very easy to customize the ring and the whole process was easy, and streamlined. When I got the ring it was better than expected. They made the process easy and easy to work with.

Needed a replacement fastener for my diamond stud earring. They also cleaned and tightened the fastener for my other earring and cleaned my wedding rings. No charge. Very personal touch. Nice people.
