My experience was wonderful and flawless! From the time I walked in the door I was greeted right away. Damon was kind, professional and he knew his stuff! After spending three hours on the phone with Verizon tech-support and pretty much everyone under the sun, this store came through. Kailey went above and beyond to get everything taken care of and quickly and efficiently dealt with the problem. The online experience almost forced me to pay for something that I didn’t need or want. Instead, she was able to get everything solved and working for me perfectly. Seriously! So so helpful! I absolutely would recommend this store to anyone!
Damon was the most professional and courteous employee I've ever dealt with through Verizon. He was also training in a new employee at the same time that was great as well. That takes talent and his knowledge and tech support was unmatched! Thank you Damon!
