I would like to thank Jackie for all her help with my record information. I am sure it took some time to find it and look up all the costs finial ruling. Being down in Florida its very hard to get things done in Minnesota. Thank you again Jackie for the extra effort to resolve this issue.nnmike

I had to go in on a confusing frustrating traffic issue. I spoke with Jacqueline and she was amazing and super helpful! Really pleasant and in a difficult situation she made my day!! All of the folks there are terrific!

Paid a ticket here and when I went to have my license reinstated they said I didn’t pay them so I had to have them print off that I paid and still had to bring a receipt all the way to Saint Paul to prove it because someone in the Dakota county district courts didn’t do their job correctly.

Should be easier to transfer cases/citations to Hennepin.

It's a courthouse....if your visiting here, you messed up.
