Stop looking and call Nate. We had him do an appraisal of our home. From past experience I feel like a lot of appraisers are reclusive and really hush-hush. Nate, however, is extremely informative, willing to explain how certain things are valued, and really take the time to provide a great customer service experience. I called him based on other reviews I read on google that said the same thing and he didn't disappoint. Great guy and great appraiser.

Nate was fantastic. He was very thorough with explaining his process and why he is appraising something like he is. We have a unique property that was hard to find good comps for due to the difference complexities of it, but Nate went above and beyond in making sure he got the most value for our home with the limited comps available. I highly recommend him.

We had a tricky situation with a house that was in pretty bad condition, despite being not so old and in a good neighborhood. We were trying to decide whether to fix it up to sell, or just sell as is. Nate put in the extra effort to research a fair appraisal for our house, plus went above and beyond to find fair value if we did remodel. He was easy to work with, prompt and kept us updated and took the time to talk through our options. I would highly recommend Take Me Home Appraisal.
