My Uncle had a heart attack and the day he got home a very nice young man Yao delivered his oxygen. The order was wrong so it wasn’t what my uncle ordered and he wasn’t happy about it!!!nYao calmly listened got on the phone and got someone in Redwing to open the store so he could get the correct oxygen machine for my uncle.
