I stopped by the bk in north branch and went in for their new burger, of which I can't even remember what it was. My fries were cold, the soda machine was out of my favorite flavor, and the burger was cold. Maybe they just had a bad couple of minutes, maybe it's always like that. All I can say is I'll never go back. The bk in my neck of the woods rocks, and I'll always go back there. Sorry about your bk north branch...
The burgers were good. The French fry came a little cold had to bring them back up for fresh ones I don't think that should ever happen
Great place. You can always have it your way. Try the normal triple whopper and ask nicely to put cheese between beef instead of top. Way less messy and tastes way better.
The food was good, but we had a big turn off, while we waited for our food. We were told to pull around to the front door. As we did, the 1st drive-thru gal comes out (not on break because her headset was still on) and gets in a car with someone slouched down. Then pretty soon the second drive-thru gal comes out & brings us our food, headset on, and gets in the back seat of that same car!! I understand a slow evening, I even understand extra breaks sometimes. I've worked fast food, including BK, where the heck was the management?!? To let them BOTH go out at the same time is uncalled for, but they also looked like they just went and were doing their own thing...... like management was nonexistent. Maybe that's why they aren't doing so well!?!
I was very unhappy with this Burger King. Iur meals were on cool side we werent given our condiments or napkins. The grilled chicken was so hard around the edges.
