My daughters dad brought her here to get some new earrings, lady told him her holes in ears closed up which they did not as I had earrings in 3 days before this incident. Decided to re pierce my 4 year old at the times ears now she has trouble/I have trouble getting earrings in on her one side as she has 2 earring holes basically right on top of eachother. Still not happy about this to this day and it's been 2 years, this place should be shut down! I wish there was an option to do no stars and just write my review.

Brought our son here to get both his ears pierced. She started with his right ear and he bailed because of the pain. She charged us for both ears. Now he's ready for his other ear (already paid for) but she says we have to pay again because it's policy due to the sterile packaging the earrings are in... So basically, they have zero regards to customer service whatsoever. Never going back and highly suggesting to anyone who asks to go elsewhere.

Brought my two girls in for piercings, employee was wonderful with them . Girls were scared and she understood, made it fast and gave great instructions

Great place. Hours are not correct on Google and Google won't change them. Mon-sat are open 10am-8pm and sundays are open 11am-6pm.
