This is a great dive shop and community! The people here are very friendly, kind, and helpful. They are all welcoming to new divers and make sure you feel comfortable and confident both during classes and anytime you are diving with them. Their fun dives in the cuyuna mine pits are awesome and definitely worth a try!

My brother-in-law and I took the open water diving class over the weekend. I was excited and nervous at the same time but the entire staff made the experience fun and relaxing. From walking into the door Cassie was very helpful with us getting our gear we needed. She was informative and extremely helpful. Our instructor Jeff did an amazing job. He was patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. He truly was the best! Tim was with Jeff during the pool portion and was great as well. Minnesota School of Diving knows what they are doing, they know how to make their clients feel comfortable, are very knowledgable in their training and they do an excellent job of helping you gain confidence in scuba diving. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future!

I've been dealing with MSD for over a year now and the first time I went into the St. Cloud store I was really excited to start putting together a Scuba diving kit. I had so many questions about all the gear that I couldn't remember them all. Kerstin was extremely patient with me. Even though I didn't buy anything that first visit. I've been back to the St. Cloud shop numerous times and have dealt with Kerstin almost exclusively. She is an amazingly knowledgeable Scuba diver and I can always rely on her recommendations. I went in there today to pick up a regulator that I dropped off for service 10 days ago that was waiting to be picked up the beginning of the week. I was planning on purchasing a dive light as well, but after talking with Kerstin I decided to wait and do a little more research before making that purchase. That's the way they do business, yes they're in business to make money but they're not going to sell you something just to make a sale. They want their customers to be satisfied with their purchases afterwards. And that IMHO is the best way to do business.

I was certified as an open water diver as a teenager and really would love to get back into it! My husband has never been, and he is also interested in the certification course, so I'm looking forward to this being something we can do together!
