The Apothecary

Picked up a prescription for my partner who is a paraplegic and in a wheelchair. We’re in the middle of a pandemic, and over half the staff in this place weren’t wearing masks. One of the pharmacists walked up to give me the prescription and started talking to me with his mask off his nose. These are supposed to be healthcare professionals and the people that go into pharmacies are typically ill or vulnerable. {Edited to add that Minnesota currently has a mask mandate and I will be reporting this to the Department of Labor and Industry.}

Answer all my questions over the phone and they mail out my prescriptions!

Very knowledgeable, caring, and considerate of their customers. Someone is always available to answer questions when I call and take the time to listen and help ease any concerns. Great place to work with!

I would not recommend spending $75 on a consult. I was not listened to and was asked about 3 questions. He quickly jumped to 1 conclusion after hearing my diagnosis. He talked 90% of the time! His recommendation was not supported by my DO OBGYN and was not individualized to me. Without knowing my knowledge or background, he offered me very vague, generic, over recommended prescriptions that are not supported in holistic healing. How many women in pain are not listened to already and set up for more pain and frustration with side effects? I was frustrated, confused and hurt and when I voiced my concern I was told the pharmacist's time was invaluable and there was no option of reimbursement or credit, as though my time/voice is not important or valuable.
