Decent first apartment for a college kid. Generally good neighborhood, some issues with the cops involved, close to both the fire department and hospital (lots of sirens). Management is ok. Had to pay $1500 + our security deposit for cleaning and replacing things which was unexpected. Other than that it was fine. Good price for what you get. Wouldn't recommend a basement unit since there's little sunlight and the smoke from the porch redirects into the unit. All-in-all it's a decent place, but don't expect anything beyond the very basics.

I've never had cockroaches until I lived in covington place. Thankfully, I was able to buy my house before I ended up having to replace all my furniture. Management doesn't care. They also took all my security deposit.
