I have used American Family for over 30 years. The service is the best ever as well as very responsive, professional, and polite. They continually give discounts and referral gift cards. I have compared other insurance companies including through Oracle - my previous employer, and American Family is always the lowest. They are always lower then the ones advertised on TV including progressive. The customer service is always quick to return a phone call and give great advice.
I am a mortgage broker in St Cloud and I refer many customers to Chaz Harrison - American Family. Chaz is professional, caring and works very hard to educate the customer. By far, the best service I have ever received!! I originally switched to American family insurance from progressive to save $150 a month, which was awesome!!! They have given me gift cards for referring people, they sent me personalized name and address stickers, they write hand written letters to thank me for signing on another 6 months with them, and they even gave me a call to wish me a happy birthday!! It really is the little things, and I will continue to refer them!!
I have been with American Family for a little over 2 years, and during that time, i have had a lot of changes. Philips office, particularly Courtney has been amazing! I highly recommend this office for your insurance needs. They truly are the best in my opinion!!
Phil and his staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help you. I have my auto and life insurance through them and wouldn't go anywhere else! Ellen was very helpful when I purchased a new car last year and had to change over my auto insurance. She made it so easy!
