Showed up 15 minutes for an appt, made me wait 45 minutes until being seen.

Dr. Cunningham performed my two of the four discograms that I have had. His technique and bedside manner are excellent. I would highly recommend CDI as long as he is working with them.

Nurse practioner here needs to be educated. Ptsd does not equal Fibromyalgia... only helpful if you have fibromyalgia. Waste of time to go here.

Made an appt to see the pain doc @ CDI due the front desk telling me she prescribed my medication. Turns out she wouldn't and she was a mean person. I would not recommend Krista at CDI.

MRI service was excellent. Pain clinic was a joke.
