I had a shoulder MRI first thing in the morning. My technician was friendly and helpful. The scanner was a tight fit for me but he made sure I was comfortable and checked in on me frequently.

Had a 4:00 appt for an MRI and everyone who came in after me we're called in first. I finally got called in at 5:35 for my MRI and left the office at 6:15! I would rate the staff and courtesy received 4 stars, but the wait time is totally uncalled for, especially when I wasn't given an update they were running THAT late and I still had a 45 minute drive home and family waiting for supper!

Absolutely A+ treatment from Physicians, nursing staff, and administrative staff. Would highly recommend these folks to anyone. I have had 3 or 4 MRI scans and 6 epidurals in the last 5 years.

Came 20mins early to my appointment, no other patients were in the waiting. 4 people then came in within that 20mins and all were called before me. Now I waited another 30mins after my schedule appointment time and still was not called..

Service is great, Doctors are personable. My only issue is they don't take Care Credit.
