My wife's car needed a battery and the Manager Daryl was friendly and helpful! Took only 10 minutes to install! At the point of sale Daryl suggested a killer special on a pack of 60 watt led bulbs $18.99 for only .99 cents! I will definitely be back with service and prices like these!

Would give zero stars if I could. Went to St. Cloud location which was very busy because of the extremely cold weather. They were very helpful and friendly at that location, but were out of battery I needed. Employee called Sauk Rapids location and was told they had the one I needed there, he told them we would be over.nnI pulled in to the Sauk Rapids location at 6:10 (they close at 7:00). Much to my surprise there was not a single customer. Just one employee I could see through the window, literally leaning on the register and glaring at me. I thought maybe he just looked grouchy and went on in.nnI proceeded to tell the employee that the other location had called and had been told they had the car battery I needed at this location. What happened next was like on of those over the top scenes on undercover boss where a worker is so rude it doesn’t even seem real. This man rolled his eyes, gave a huge sigh, and hung his head. “I don’t know why they sent you over here, that car takes an hour and a half to replace the battery.”nnThis might sound stupid but the man was so utterly mean and rude that I didn’t know what to think. I was so upset I felt like crying and immediately just said “Ok, I will come back another time.” I walked out to my car and called my boyfriend to tell him what had gone down. During this entire time there was still not another customer, nobody, in the store.nnI then sat in my car and called the St. Cloud location to fill them in on what had happened and to ask for a manager to call me the next day. I have worked in customer service for years and would definitely want to know if I had an employee who was that horrible to customers. I also felt like this guy was a horrible representation of the company as the guys at the St Cloud location were so great, even though they were crazy busy. The employee on the phone apologized profusely even though I told him over and over again that wasn’t necessary.nnHe then said that both locations were run by the same manager. That manager would be at the Sauk Rapids location in the morning anyway and this guy would have him give me a call and pick up my battery while he was there and then bring it to the St Cloud location where I could get it installed the next night. He even offered to habe me go back in and get it and bring it to them to have them install it that night. I was more than happy with getting it the next night, as I would not ever expect anyone to stay past closing time.nnThe next day came and I never heard from the manager. A week passed and still nothing. Went today to Interstate battery in Sauk Rapids and got my battery installed in less than FIFTEEN MINUTES, nowhere near an hour and a half.nnIt really bothers me that someone so rude is working in customer service. I worked all day helping people myself and was cold and tired, but I was nothing but nice to the this guy. It is totally unacceptable to be over the top mean and rude to anyone, let alone someone wanting to do business with your company. I am hoping that the guy at the St Cloud location got to busy to get my message to the manager. Otherwise, management at this place is a jokennTL;DR. Sauk Rapids employee rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. Left message for management, never heard back. Would not do business with this company.

Wonderful experience today! Thought I needed a new charge port but it simply needed to be cleaned! They cleaned it out for me and had me on my way in no time! Definitely know what they are talking about.

I ordered 2 fluoresent tube bulbs which were in stock on-line. Items were ready for pick up within an hour.
