Had a set of gel manicure and gel pedicure done last week for a wedding. Pedicure was first and asked numerous times during the process if I was sure I wanted just the basic pedicure with gel polish and just gel for the manicure as well. Answered yes repeatedly (language barrier--I get it). No complaint on the toe nails other than the cuticle prep was not great and I already 2 toe nails where how much of the bare nail is already exposed. Now for my manicure. It was close to closing time and it was very rushed. Shaping and nail prep was not great. I felt that the polish was not near enough to the cuticle and nail bed. Now a week later, I woke up this morning and 2 of the nails had lifted to the point that the gel completely popped off. The rest of my nails look like they have grown out for at least 2 weeks and look like I need my gel redone already. Overall, not very pleased with the quality of the gel manicure, especially as it lasted me only a week, in combination with the cost.

It was a horrible experience. I showed them what I wanted and instantly they said no they couldn’t do the two colors on the little toes. And they laughed about it across the saloon. That okay, I said I would just do orange with the design on the big toe. That was to hard for them as well and I had FOUR OF THEM standing around and laughing between each other as they kept wiping the flower off and doing it again. Finally they said that’s the best the could do. I felt so embarrassed on how they treated me. I paid the full price and left. $75 for triangles for a flower.

I took so.e time to research where I wanted to get my nails filled at, I look at the pictures and read reviews (I'm picky cause I've been to some shady lazy places and had my fingers cut up and fungus growth under my nails; I travel about 11 months out of the for work)nThis place looked busy which means they're probably good and I was willing to wait. But he had nothing available for me because I wasn't spending more money like a full set and or pedicures. It was just a fill that shouldn't have taken very long at all and O was willing to wait. He didn't even ask me. Just sorry I have no time for you. Won't recommend or return. I come through St Cloud on a regular basis and I do spend some money on all their services just didn't need it today but they will not get any of my money in the future either.

i’ve never had a problem really with them before but the last time i went i got extensions with the dip powder and they were very nice. but when i went in to get them taken off, the lady filled down the fake nail and my nail so far the i could feel my skin where my nail was supposed to be. the pain was absolutely horrible. it took months for my nails to somewhat get back to normal. it was just the one older lady though. most of the other people are very good with their work.
