When I cancelled my insurance policy because I could no longer afford it, I was still charged the premium the following month putting my bank account in the red. When I called to get a refund on that, I was not helped because I had applied through MNsure. I was transferred to MNsure who told me they could not help me as they do not handle billing, Blue Cross does. So I called Blue Cross again who told me that because I had applied through MNsure, they could not help me with the refund because I had applied through MNsure and they would have to help me. Even though I told the person I was talking to that I had just talked to MNsure and was told they couldn't help me, I was still transferred over back to MNsure.
