I switched my auto insurance to Joe McCollum about a year and a half ago and haven't looked back. I knew many other individuals that went with Joe and spoke very highly of him. I especially like how he dealt with me. I had recently bought an Ice Castle fish house that many insurance agents won't touch. It's one of the main reason that I moved on from my previous insurance company as they won't cover it. Joe didn't have a problem with it and I switched my business over to him.nnI would recommend Joe to anyone that asked and was looking for insurance needs. In fact, I know many family and friends that go with Joe and I have NEVER heard of any bad experiences.

Joe carries my families auto and house insurance both.nnHe is a class act & super professional. He has held our insurance for many years and would recommend to anyone looking.nnJoe is not pushy like other agents can be trying to upsell and push their other products. He will tell you what his recommendations are on what he’d do if he was in your shoes. If he feels you are a bit under or over insured he will be honest and tell you.nnJoe is great at communication, there has never been a time when I’ve reached out via email, text or call that he hasn’t answered or returned a message quickly. If he is out of the office he has been great to let us know that he is out but will get back to us immediately when he returns.nnI am confident that if you use his agency for your needs this will be something you can take off your worry list as he will take good care of you.
