Bunker Park Stables

So when I was 6 years old I did a camp here and they assigned me with a horse named addy. She was very grumpy that morning because she never got breakfast due to the hour of the camp. They assigned me with her and I was scared to death but when I rode her it was like time had stopped. She was so amazing and then I started taking lessons there. I’m just reaching the age when I can’t do lessons but when I was riding, the horses made me realize what my passion was and that is when I knew that horses where my life. I fully recommend bunker. I now have a new favorite and his name is dusty. I first rode him and he couldn’t stop and wouldn’t do spacing well. But after a tiny bit he grew to love me and now we are best friends. He now does spacing Peres the around and stops without me even having to do anything to the reins. Staff are also super nice. One named Linda was so amazing for me and taught me in my first class. Fully recommend for the time of fun and amazement. Wish I could be there now!

Perfect day! Great service. Loved our hay ride/sleigh ride. Fire pit was so much fun too. Plan to be back again next year. Also, thank you for all the health & safety measures the staff is taking to keep everyone safe.

The guided trail ride is a marvelously peaceful, accessible experience for anyone interested in exploring nature while connecting with their healthy, happy, well-trained horses. Thank you to the wonderful staff for being so informative and kind to riders of all levels!

Luna was a wonderful Percheron (we'd not heard of that breed prior to today), Sarge the Paint was delightful, and Callie, our fearless leader on this blustery January day, made our first trail ride in SEVEN YEARS a super success from beginning to end.
