This location is close by my home. I have gone their many times and have never had a bad experience. Their always very nice and willing to help you find what it is that your looking for. Usually you don't have to stand in a long line to check out. I really like that. They have a pharmacy and very nice pharmacists to help you. It's nice and close and in the winter I don't have to drive far in the bad weather. Honestly I think the bad rating seems harsh. I like this store.

Was ignored at the pharmacy counter for what felt like over 5 minutes. Another person came up and was served right away. Am really disappointed in the professionalism of this store.

I would not recommend Big O Tires to anybody the first appointment I waited 3 hours then I noticed truck pulling to right and steering wheel vibration made a reappointment waited 8 hours and the work was still not done called three other stores to get the work. one store told me they were not comfortable doing an alignment they needed more training the store on University Avenue re did the alignment and the balancing that the first store on Highway 65 did that would be the only store I would do business with she was very helpful and her mechanics knew what they were doing and did a very good job they told me the tires were never balanced

DO NOT GO HERE! They always send a message that a prescription is ready only to go there and they say they have nothing! This has happened SEVERAL times! Also waited in the drive thru behind someone while they socialized with the pharmacist!
