Blaine Police Department

The person who answered the phone was not nice nor professional as she hung up on me. I was simply asking a question about a police report so I can go on my merry way. It felt as if I was bothering her and I was wasting her time. So glad that the people in the Blaine PD are so nice and helpful.

they were kind. one think i dislike is the fact that police use tactics to intimidate..... lol doesnt work....please be human with docile people like me.

Officer Hatanpa is a good man- professional, kind, and patient. We've had multiple encounters with him and he was respectful to me and my husband. He did not interrupt me when I spoke and extended the benefit of the doubt to us. With all this being said, he did give us a ticket but the outcome could of been worse. He helped us understand that. Speeding isn't worth it, it could cost someone's life. Thank you, Officer Hatanpa and Blaine PD, we appreciate you.

Seriously lacking professionalism in the Evidence ward of the department. There is only one person able to access the evidence locker in the ENTIRE POLICE DEPARTMENT. So, when she goes on vacation, things are inaccessible. When she's not there, things are inaccessible. If your belongings are lost and turned in to this police department you'll need to work around their small time window where she is there and available. This woman was very rude on the phone when I called to inquire about availability to retrieve an item. She hung up on me. Then continued to be rude in person, calling me rude but refused to tell me her name so I could file a proper complaint.
