Stay Away !! Use any agency in town other than John Moriarty @ MetLife. Our experience has been absolutely terrible one and I've had 7-8 various insurance agents from both MetLife and other agencies over the past years. As a customer your basic need is an agent to handle your questions and needs in a timely fashion - John made things incredibly difficult, days late and ultimately mis-leading.nnAuto/Home, etc insurance is a relatively straight forward proposition - with an agent like this that won't return calls or help with your needs when your a customer - there's too many others out there, so take my advice and look somewhere else.
